Once upon a time … theological colleges had revolutionary potential

In the organisational notes for the general party congress of the socialists in 1902, Lenin writes:

Contacts and activity among sections of the population outside the working class … secondary schools, Gymnasia, theological seminaries, etc.? Nature of contacts with pupils? Attitude towards new phase of upsurge in movement  among them? Attempts to organise circles and study courses?

Did he by any chance have the Tiflis Spiritual Seminary and Stalin in mind?
